CD/DVD Printer Equipment

Disc2day uses the highest standard of thermal printing. Our equipment uses a retransfer printing process which is a two-step process. First the image is printed onto the back of the trasnfer sheet then placed permanently onto the surface of the CD or DVD itself. The print is a full color, glossy, water resistant print that is scratch proof.

173 to 600 dpi Print Resolution. This is the highest resolution print in the industry, more precise and clear than standard offset or silkscreen.

Permanent Images. The trasnfer sheet process produces prints that are water resistant, glossy, and scratch proof.

Edge-to-Edge Printing. Our full color thermal printers will print to the full outer edge of the disc and all the way to the inner hub.

Predictable Yield. Our printers produce a dependable yeild which results in a lower cost per disc. This savings are then in turn returned to you, the customers, making sure you are receiving the most competetive pricing out there.
